All FLOAT GRAILS levitating displays come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the defective product.
