All shipments include full tracking and insurance coverage up to the full value of your order. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Signature confirmation is required for all deliveries to ensure secure receipt.
In the rare event of loss or damage during transit, we will file the insurance claim on your behalf and arrange for a replacement unit at no additional cost.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your FLOAT GRAILS display. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Contact our support team at support@floatgrails.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
Carefully package your FLOAT GRAILS unit in its original packaging with all accessories.
Ship the package to the address provided using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a defective unit or if there's an issue with your order, please contact our support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no additional cost while you return the defective unit.
The following items cannot be returned:
